One of the appeals of visiting, and then living in, The South of the United States is its natural beauty and this includes the Spanish Moss hanging in graceful waves from the trees. Most people think of it hanging in long streams from huge Oak trees but in fact, it can hang from any bush, tree, or other structures. It is graceful; it is beautiful; it is enduring; and it is evocative to me of the strength and beauty of us women. We stay anchored while bending before the breezes. We are survivors.  We gladden the heart which looks on us and appreciates what it sees. That was my thinking when picking the name for this group, Spanish Moss.

The following links make up the fifteenth group of Chapel pages on this website. We use Green on our pages to honor Mother Earth and Red to honor Life. The Blue honors Father God. It was unexpected to find so many love songs in this group but then, a lot of the finalizing work, was done throughout February 2011.
