These are the prayerful words commonly said to the famous "Westminster Chime" of Big Ben in London and with Grandfather Clocks. The chime sequence is well known to have originated from Handel's Messiah / "I know my Redeemer liveth", 5th & 6th measures. The composition is from composer William Crotch in 1794. With inspiration from the book of Job 19:25.
